Admission Requirement
Minimum Entry Requirements
Eligible applicants under the Diploma Holders’ Scheme MUST possess:
At least a Second Class or Credit Diploma in a relevant field from a recognized institution, and;
U.A.C.E with at least One (1) Principal pass and Two (2) Subsidiary passes obtained at the same sitting or its equivalent, and
U.C.E with at least Five (5) passes obtained at the same sitting or its equivalent. Note: In addition to the Minimum entry requirements, there are specific requirements for each programme which candidates MUST fulfil before they are admitted to the programme
How to Apply
Log in: https://admissions.muni.ac.ug/
Sign up using full name, e-mail and mobile Number. Please note that your name must be similar to the one on your supporting documents for your application to be accepted by the system.
A password will be sent to both your email and mobile telephone number.
The system will prompt you to change the password to the one you can easily remember.
To fill out a form, the applicant clicks on the apply now button displayed on the running scheme. Obtain a payment advice slip by clicking on the “Pay for the Form” button and get the reference number, which you will take to the bank.
Pay a non-refundable fee of Ug. shs. 50,000 (fifty thousand shillings) plus bank charge at any Bank, and NOT Agents

Application Forms
Applicants for the Bachelor of Nursing Science programme should have scored at least a Credit in the English Language at the ‘O’ Level. Successful applicants will be REQUIRED to sit for the Pre-Entry Examination (Date shall be communicated in due course).
Applicants are REQUIRED to submit (by mail- below) certified copies of Diploma Transcripts and Certificates by the awarding Institutions, and a copy of the National Identity /Birth Certificate.
The fees (in the Table above) relate to Tuition fees per Semester only and exclude Functional fees.
Application fees for respective Sponsorship are charged and paid SEPARATELY.
Incomplete, inconsistent, false Information and forged documents shall not be accepted.
Applicants whose Ordinary and Advanced level results are of Grades “Y”, “Z”, “7” and “9” NEED NOT TO APPLY because they are not eligible for admission.
