The concerned personnel are requested to contact the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Education and Sports for issuance of relevant letters.

In accordance with Articles 167, 168 and 172 of the Constitution of the Republic of Uganda 1995, the Commission directed as follows:-

The Education Service Commission is established by Article 167 91) of the 1995 Constitution of the Republic of Uganda and Article 168 (1) sets out its functions, authority and autonomy in implementing its mandate.
