The Academic Registrar Busitema University invites applications for admission to Doctoral, Masters, and Undergraduate Degrees, Diplomas and certificate
Programmes for the 2023/2024 Academic Year. Applicants should have obtained at least a second-class degree/diploma or certificate from an NCHE accredited
Programme Applicants with a passing degree must show evidence of both academic and professional growth.
SPONSORSHIP
Government scholarship slots are available for undergraduate and Diploma programmes as indicated. All Graduate Programmes are privately sponsored. Please note that the
fees payable to the University against the various programmes cover only tuition fees and EXCLUDE functional fees, accommodation, books, research, stipend and other
expenses.

required to sit the special entrance examination scheduled for Saturday, 27th May 2023 starting at 8:00 am at the School of Clinical Officers, Mbale.

All candidates will apply online using the new AIMS system.
Applicants MUST make a printout of the application form and attach certified copies of the transcript, certificate, diploma and degree; birth certificate, one(1)
passport size photo to be submitted to any of the following centres: Busitema campus (25km from Tororo), Busitema University Liaison Office (Makerere University,
Lincoln Flats, Room A2), Arapai Campus in Soroti, Namasagali Campus in Kamuli, Nagongera Campus in Tororo, Pallisa Campus (at Kalaki) in Pallisa & Mbale
Campus (Mbale Regional Referral Hospital) not later than Friday, 28th April 2023. All copies of academic transcripts must be certified by the awarding
institutions and not Photocopies of Certified documents.
