Muni University is a Government University, established by Statutory Instrument 2013 No. 31. The University is located in Arua District, West Nile Region, approximately 3.5 km South of Arua Town.

The Academic Registrar hereby invites applications from qualified persons to fill the available Admission slots; under Direct Entry Scheme, on Private Sponsorship for 2020/2021 intake. The Closing date for online
application is 31st May 2020.
General Admission requirements
Eligible applicants MUST possess: (A) At least Two (2) principal passes at Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (U.A.C.E) or its equivalent, and
(B) At least Five (5) passes at Uganda Certificate of Education (U.C.E) obtained at the same sitting or its equivalent.

[iii] Sign up using full name, e-mail and mobile Number.
Please note that your name must be similar to the one on your supporting documents for your application to be accepted by the system.
[iv] A password will be sent to both your e-mail and mobile telephone number.
[v] The system will prompt you to change the password to the one you can easily remember.
[vi] To fill a form, the applicant clicks on the APPLY NOW button displayed on the running scheme.
[vii] Obtain a payment advice slip by clicking on “Pay for the Form” button and get the reference number, which you will take to the bank.
[viii] Pay a non-refundable fee of Ug. shs. 50,000 (fifty thousand shillings) plus bank charge at any Bank, and NOT Agents.

[1] Applicants for Bachelor of Nursing Science must have obtained at least a Credit in English at U.C.E.
[2] Applicants for Bachelor of Business Administration and Management must have obtained at least a Credit in Mathematics at U.C.E.
[3] Successful applicants for ITM, ISM, SMB, SMP, and ASM can apply for Student Loan scheme. BBM (applicants with Disabilities only) are also eligible for Student Loan scheme.
