Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The Business Development Executive should have experience in sales or marketing management background and also having good expertise in promoting a brand preferably.
- Skill and competency for the sales team
- To improve and manage in Kampala metro and across the country and should have a 4- 6-year expertise in handling key accounts portfolio in beverage/FMCG industry.
- Customer service oriented, with the ability to meet sales goals
- Possess strong ability to prospect, negotiate, and close sales
- Strong persistence in dealing with people and not giving up easily Possess
- self-confidence, positive mentality, with the ability to manage territories effectively.
