Uganda Technical College Kichwamba
In 2011, the College started offering National Diplomas in Engi-neering and ICT following a Competence Based Education and Training (CBET) curriculum. Students are trained in theory and practicals and carry out real life projects. The College is funded through Government of Uganda grants (through the Ministry of Education and Sports) and internally gener-ated funds mainly in form of tuition fees by privately sponsored students and production in workshops.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Higher Diploma: At least a credit or Upper Second Class Diploma in the relevant field of study.
National Diploma: One Principal Pass at A’ Level in either Mathematics or Physics and two subsidiaries one of which should be in either mathematics or phys-ics obtained at the same year of sitting examinations. For those up grading should have a minimum credit of Advanced craft course and two years experience after advanced course in the relevant field.
Certificate: Ordinary level certificate (UCE) with credits in Mathematics, physics, English among others.

2. Fill the Application Form
3. Make payments for the Application Forms using a cash deposit slip of the respective bank (53,000/=) at any of the following bank below;
Stanbic bank Fort-portal branch on A/C No. 9030005625377 or
Housing Finance Bank Fort-portal branch on A/C No. 1330003394
4. Attach your Academic documents together with payment slips from the bank.
5. Send the above to the Academic Registrar’s Office.

Admission Letters are ready at the College and each student will be required to pay a commitment fee of One Hundred Thousand Shillings (100,000/=). This fees is non refundable if you wish to withdraw from the College. However, it counts as part of functional fees payable to the College.
Payments can be made by Bank draft in the names of Uganda Technical College Kichwamba or by cash either at Housing Finance Bank (Fort Portal Branch) Account No 1300033894 plus Bank Charges of UShs 2,300/= OR Stanbic Bank (Fort Portal Branch) Account No 9030005625377 plus Bank charges of UShs 2,875/= using the official Bank Slips attached. You can pay at any branch of the bank nearest to you.
