How to Report UNEB PLE Results Errors

The Uganda National Examinations Board UNEB has advised Heads of Primary School Centers to study the e-result slips sent to them via the portal.

This follows the official release of the 2020 PLE results by the Minister of Education and Sports, Hon. Janet K. Museveni on Friday July 17, 2021.

The head teachers should cross check with their albums and confirm the correctness of the critical aspects of the candidate’s registration information such as:

The Name, Index Number, Photograph, and Date of Birth.

Any identified anomalies or errors should be reported to the Board for amendment.

The complaints/ proposed amendments are to be communicated via email on eRcgPrimary@uneb.ac.ug not later than three weeks after the date of release of the results.

In case of any further information or guidance, head teachers are advised to call the UNEB Toll free line- 0800211077; or 0772-462-507.

“Please note that because of the current lockdown situation due to the

Covid-19 pandemic, UNEB offices remain closed to the public,” the exam body said on Monday.

“The Board is currently providing ONLY online services, and advise the head teachers to make use of the portal, email, as well as the toll free telephone services.”
