Muni University Additional Extension of Deadline to the Student Loan Scheme for the AY 2020/21 Academic Year

The Higher Education Student’s Financing Board (HESFB) takes note that;

  1.  The Joint Admissions Board (JAB) is yet to conclude their national selection exercise for different Business Technical Vocational Education and Training (BTVET)
  2.    Some of the Public Higher Education Institutions have not yet released Undergraduate Admissions.

The Higher Education Student’s Financing Board (HESFB) therefore informs all intending students’ loan applicants that the deadline for applications to the Student Loan Scheme has been extended from August 31st, 2020 to September 30th, 2020 for Undergraduate Degree applicants and October 15th, 2020 for Undergraduate Diploma applicants.

Apply online on www.hesfb.go.ug or pick and drop application forms at any Centenary Bank branch countrywide. The application attracts payment of a non-refundable loan processing fee of UgShs. 53,000/=

Please Note; For applicants appearing on admission lists but yet to receive admission letters, attach the page of the admission list highlighting your name and course. This will be a substitute for admission letters and fees structure.
