The College of Computing and Information Sciences (CoCIS), Makerere University is implementing the e-VBAB Network Project (e-VidyaBharati and e-AarogyaBharati Network Project). The project will offer tele-education and tele-medicine services from India to African countries through a specially developed web-based platform hosting two separate portals. The initiative will offer courses from several Indian Universities with CoCIS as the learning centre in Uganda for tele-education.
