Filled forms in TRIPLICATE together with three recent passport size photographs must reach the office of the Secretary, District Service Commission Sembabule P.O. Box 1388, Masaka, not later than one month from the date of the advert. Hand written applications with detailed curriculum vitae are also accepted. Certified Photocopies NOT ORIGINALS of certificates, transcripts and Identity Cards MUST be attached.
