The Diocese of Kigezi informs the general public that a school of nursing (Rugarama School of Nursing and Midwifery) was established by the Diocese and started operations in November 2013
Rugarama School of Nursing and Midwifery is Private Not for Profit (faith-based) school owned by the Diocese of Kigezi.
The school is recognised by the government of the Republic of Uganda through the Ministry of Education and Sports (BTVET Department), and Ministry of Health (Uganda Nurse and Midwives Council- UNMC)

Certificate in Nursing
Certificate in Midwifery
Qualification
Applicant must have completed O-Level and must have passed with at least passes in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, and English.
