The Academic Registrar, Kyambogo University invites online applications from Diploma/Certificate Holders only, to apply for the under listed undergraduate programmes for the Academic year 2020/2021.
Admission Requirement
Each applicant should possess at least a Credit or Second Class or equivalent Diploma/Certi fi cate in a relevant field from a recognized Institution plus a Uganda Certi fi cate of Education (UCE) with at least 5 passes (i.e. 5 subjects without a grade 9) (or its equivalent) and a Uganda Advanced Certi fi cate of Education (UACE) with at least One Principal Pass and Two Subsidiary Passes obtained at the same sitting (or its equivalent).
Application Fees
Please note that the Principal subjects required for admission to Diploma must be passed at Principal or Subsidiary levels. A non-refundable application fee of Shs. 50,000/= (Fift y thousand Ugandans shillings only) and $30 (Internati onal Students) plus the bank charge. In addition, must be paid at All Banks. Certi fi ed copies of Diploma/ Certi fi cate Transcripts (not photocopies of certified copies) from the awarding institutions and Passport size photograph MUST be submitted to the Admissions Division Room 3, after payment of application fees. NOTE: Only applicants with official Certi fi ed Academic Transcripts and Certi fi cates will be considered for admission. Each applicant MUST also attach a copy of the Birth Certi fi cate/National Identity.

NB. Applicants who may find difficulties filling the online form can receive help at the University. The closing date of online application is Friday 13th March 2020 at 12.00 am.

5 The Academic Registrar has not appointed any agents to act on her behalf to solicit for additi onal funds other than the applicati on fee stated above.
