Ibanda University 3rd Graduation 2019
TO ALL GRADUANDS AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC
ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE 3RD GRADUATION CEREMONY
The office of the Academic Registrar, Ibanda University wishes to inform the 2018/2019 Graduands and the general public that the 3rd Graduation Ceremony will be held on Saturday 26th October, 2019 at IU main campus.
The graduands should take note of the following;
1. All Graduands must fill the Graduation guideline form and submit it to the office of the Academic Registrar before 1st October, 2019.
2. The Graduation fee is Ugshs. 200,000/= exclusive of bank charges.
3. Graduation fee should be deposited in Stanbic Bank Ibanda Branch account number 903 001 280 1431.
4. Graduands who shall have paid all University dues including Graduation fees shall appear in the Graduation booklet.
5. No one will be issued academic documents before full payment of all University dues are made.
6. The deadline for paying Graduation fees, University fees, and all academic requirements is 1st October, 2019.
7. Gadgets like fire arms, large and heavy bags, radio communication, cameras, cylindrical objects, packed items (foods and drinks inclusive), and or any other like endangering objects shall not be accepted at the Graduation grounds
