Job Summary

We are looking for an
enthusiastic Telesales Representative to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will sell upgrade TVs and/or core add ons  to the existing lead sets. In this role you will provide expert advice and information to potential customer’s regarding M-KOPA products and services. You will play a key role in increasing profitability and sales revenue through excellence in customer service and you will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

Responsibilities

Calling
qualified customers and sell to them upgrades ·
Educate
current and potential customers with product and service information ·
Correctly
update the Call Log for every customer/ dealer/agent interaction ·
Complete
upgrade and Add on requests on system ·
Maintain
accurate customer records ·
Escalate
queries and follow up on resolution. ·
Document
customer information, queries on Customer Relationship Management ·
(CRM)
and transactions by completing forms and record logs in line with MKOPA data
collection policy. ·
Escalate
the sales process as per work load ·
Follow-up
on prospects who promise to upgrade and complete sales.

Job Requirements

Required education: Diploma, Associate’s degree
Required relevant work experience: one month
