Nkumba University National Conference On The Dissemination Of New Knowledge 2019

Nkumba University is scheduled to host a national conference on the dissemination of new knowledge from September 5 – 6, 2019.

During the two-day conference at the University Main Campus in Entebbe, PhD holders from Nkumba University as well as other universities will share new knowledge and models for the benefit of leadership in the public and private sector, entrepreneurs and the business community, and for the enhancement of the welfare of society as a whole. 

“Opportunity to make presentations at the conference is also open to Masters degree and first degree holders as well as other university staff with scholarly work,” said Dr. Asiimwe Solomon Muchwa, the Director Postgraduate Studies and Research at the University.  

The upcoming conference is part of a series activities leading to the peak of the University Silver Jubilee celebrations scheduled for September 27, 2019. The Silver Jubilee celebrations will peak during the Silver Jubilee Week, which runs from September 23 – 27, 2019. It will entail among others, alumni activities, skits and shows by students and the various Schools, cultural engagements as well as a public lecture by a renowned academic and public servant.
