Private Tutor Required for September 2019 Start In Uganda
Title: Private Tutor – Academics (Primary Section)

The Role:
The Private Tutor – Academics will be responsible for working with one of our highly gifted/high ability male students in our Primary Section and ensuring that they are challenged and are accessing the curriculum to their benefit.The tutor will need to utilise techniques that help the student develop productivity, creativity, self-discipline and problem-solving skills.
The post holder will report to the Deputy (Academic).
Candidate profile:
Teacher status or experience of teaching (teaching qualification would be a desirable)
Must be able to create a learning environment that is academically challenging for the advanced
Student while remaining appropriate to student’s behavioral development
Qualified male candidate who is a University graduate
Experience of working with children
High academic achievement on a personal level
– Fluent English
Interest in Science/general knowledge
Be flexible and have a good sense of humor
Be interested in working with a student on a one on one basis
Dedicated professional
Strong willed yet motivated and enthusiastic
Ability to plan and implement a detailed programme of learning, which complements that of
the class teacher
Must be able to instruct the student in advanced topics and subjects effectively
