Uganda Technology and Management University (UTAMU) Online Application
Uganda Technology and Management University (UTAMU) is receiving applications for short courses, undergraduate diploma, undergraduate degree, Postgraduate Diploma and Masters programmes for its three intakes, January, May and September.
Below are the application guidelines;

Option 1: VISIT UTAMU CAMPUS
Located on Plot 6, Erisa Road, Bugolobi, Kampala with all your academic documents
Pick an application form of your choice
Fill it up and attach the required application documents
Pay the application fee
Submit the application form to the registrar of the respective School
Option 2: APPLY ONLINE
Go to the UTAMU main website
Scroll down and select the category of study interested in (Postgraduate, Undergraduate or Professional courses)
Go to the section of Apply Online
Click on it
Fill in the required information in each of the tabs and attach copies of your academic documents (For multiple files, archive into one single zip/tar file before uploading)
After click on Submit button
After submitting, you will receive a message reading, Dear (name of applicant) we have received your application information, someone will get back to you using the contact information you have attached.
Option 3: DOWNLOAD APPLICATION FORM
Go to the UTAMU main website
Scroll down and select the category of study interested in (Postgraduate, Undergraduate or Professional courses)
Go to the section of Download Application form
Click on it
Download the form to your computer
Print out a copy
Fill in the required information in each of the tabs/spaces
After, bring the application form to UTAMU Campus with all the copies of your academic documents
Or scan and send the application form to Attach all the required academic documents.
Applicants will be required to pay a none-refundable application fee of Uganda Shillings 50,000 to the following university account;

Minimum Requirements for Undergraduate Diploma Programmes
Applicants for Undergraduate Diploma Programmes must have one principal pass and two subsidiary passes at the same sitting in UACE.
UTAMU admits students to these programmes in three intakes a year; January, May and September.
Functional fee per semester for undergraduate degree and diploma programmes is UGX 250,000 per semester.
