UBTEB Invites Bidders for Procurement of Health Insurance and Temper Envelopes
UBTEB has allocated funds to be used for the acquisition of procurement of temper evident packing envelopes and the procurement of health (medical) insurance to staff.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at UBTEB Secretariat on Valley Drive Ntinda, Kyambogo road, P.O BOX 1499, Kampala. Uganda.
The Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address given above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ugx. 100,000/= plus a bank charge of Ugx. 2,875/=. The method of payment will be direct deposit onto UBTEB account in STANBIC BANK A/C No. 9030005776596. A/C Name: UBTEB General Collections.
There shall be a pre – bid meeting/ site visit at UBTEB Secretariat Boardroom at 02:00pm on 14th December, 2018 for the procurement of Health Insurance and on 17th December, 2018 for the procurement of temper evident packing envelopes.
