St Henry’s College Kitovu

The College is located 4 kms from Masaka Town and 2 kms from the Nyendo surbub atop the Kitovu Hill near the  Roman Catholics Cathedral in Kitovu. The main school campus covers a large expanse of land. In the same vicinity are a number of institutions such as the Kitovu Hospital and Masaka Diocesan Development Organisation (MADDO). The School has a population of over 1000 students.

Appendix 2:
A: TEXT BOOKS: Text Books are extremely important in the provision of quality
education. Whereas a number of books are provided at the school you must buy
yourself enough books so as to supplement what is available here. Personal books will
also help you to continue learning during school holidays.
Since books are very expensive you may not buy all that you need at once.

wets his bed
 Hair comb, tooth brush and paste, enough handkerchiefs
 Two pairs of black shoes, shoe polish and brush, 5 pairs of socks, pair of
slippers, enough underpants and sports shorts
 Simple torch, basin or bucket and soap
 Plate, mug, fork and spoon
 Enough pocket money including transport money – to be deposited with the
School Bursar.
 10 litre jerrycan.
 Shs.5,000= (Five thousand shillings only) For Hair cut. (To be deposited with
the Bursar’s Office)
Note Carefully: Each student is expected to participate in at least one of
the games played at this school. Those games are:
(i) Football
(ii) Volleyball
(iii) Basketball
(iv) Handball
(v) Table Tennis
(vi) Athletics
(vii) Cricket
(viii) Chess

Whereas the school will provide you with the balls for the various games, you
will be expected to buy yourself appropriate footwear for the game(s) you play.
