Here, you need to take employer forms and employee forms for registration, and this may take up to 1-7 days and is cost-free of charge.

Note that NSSF is for all companies registered as private or limited by share capital.

Where can I register a Company In Uganda?

The Bureau is mandated under the Uganda Registration Services Bureau Act Cap 210 to register all business entities in Uganda which are required by law to be registered. 

The Directorate of Business Registration is responsible for the registration of: Public/Private companies.
