What is ICT?
Information and communications technology (ICT) is an extensional term for information technology (IT) that stresses the role of unified communications and the integration of telecommunications (telephone lines and wireless signals) and computers, as well as
necessary enterprise software, middleware, storage, and audiovisual, that enable users to access, store, transmit, understand, and manipulate information.
Requirements For ICT Course In Uganda
Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) or it’s equivalent with at least 5 passes.
Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE) or it’s equivalent with at least 2 principal passes.
Diploma holders must have passed with at least a credit.

How long is the ICT course in Uganda?
National Certificate in Information and Communications Technology. semesters composed of 17 weeks
of which 15 weeks shall be for training and continuous assessments and 2 weeks for final examinations.
How hard is the ICT course?
Information technology is not hard to study if you’re technically minded and a solid student.
You’ll examine how computer systems work and do subjects on programming, logic, and mathematics. Passing with strong grades is achievable by diligently attending classes and doing the work.
