What is the law on elopement in Uganda?
Any person who elopes with a married woman and entices or causes a married woman to elope with him commits an offense and is liable on
conviction to imprisonment for a term not exceeding twelve months or to a fine not exceeding two hundred shillings, and in addition, the Court shall order any such person on first.
What type of marriage is legally accepted in Uganda?
