About Mulago Health Tutor’s College
Health Tutors’ College Mulago (HTC Mulago) is a health tutor training Institution under Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Sports. It is affiliated to Makerere University through the College of Education and External Studies (CEES). Located in Mulago hospital complex, HTC Mulago trains tutors in all health related disciplines who upon completion of their training, teach in post basic health training Institutions.
The Mulago-based Health Tutors College has unveiled two academic programmes which will enable tutors and clinical instructors acquire higher qualifications. The newly introduced courses include; a post graduate Diploma in Medical Education which will take nine months and an Ordinary Diploma in Clinical Instruction.
