APPLICATION PROCEDURE

  1. Pay Commitment fee(non refundable) of Shs.30,000 using Mobile Money number 0771850217 or 0704908932 in the names of Baguma Solomon and put the student’s name as the reason
  2. Take a screenshot of the Mobile Money message/SMS
  3. Also take a screenshot of the PLE results from UNEB

FEES AND OTHER DUES

All school fees and other dues shall be paid through the banks using a bank slip issued to your child by the school. Please pay school fees and other dues at the following banks on the accounts indicated and deliver school copy of the fees slip/Bankslip to the Bursar’s office.

NB:You are strongly advised to pay full school fees before your child reports to school to avoid inconveniences of sending your child back home. In case you cannot pay all the fees at once, pay not less than the minimum indicated for specific classes and category of student.

STUDENTS ON BURSARY

The Board of Directors has reviewed the policy on bursaries and decided as follows:

  1. The Board of Directors may award a bursary to a student. However, such a student must first be registered as a student in Mandela S.S Hoima after paying all admission requirements, which include admission fees, development fees, and uniform.
  2. Where the Board of Directors has decided to award a bursary to a student, the award shall be on merit and/or competitive basis. Bursaries awarded on competitive basis shall be on term basis. Should a student on bursary fail to qualify for a bursary the subsequent term, he/she shall lose the bursary.
  3. Every student that the Board of Directors has awarded a bursary shall contribute every term to the cost of scholastic materials such as textbooks, laboratory chemicals and equipment, paper, ink, and maintenance of computers. In monetary terms the contribution per term for each student shall be as follows:

School management shall not allow a student on bursary to enroll for a school term without paying in full the contribution required of him/her. Your son/daughter on bursary should obtain a bank payslip from the school Bursar to make the required payment. Parents or guardians of students on bursary are kindly asked to take note of the new policy on school bursaries.

UNEB REGISTRATION

Every prospective S.4 and S.6 student must pay UNEB registration fees prior to being enrolled in a candidate class. The amount of money payable in this respect, which includes both UNEB registration fees and the cost of electronic passport photograph for your Son/Daughter, is Shs 260,000 for S.6 and S.4 candidates. This amount is included in the total fees payable by students in candidate classes. Your son/daughter in a candidate class is respectively required to bring the following;

  • 2 photocopies of P.L.E slips for S.4 Candidates
  • 2 photocopies of U.C.E results slips for S.6 Candidates
  • 1 photocopy of birth certificate
