Do you pay for tin number in Uganda?
A TIN is a 10- digit unique number allocated and issued free of charge by URA to identify a person as a duly registered taxpayer.
How long does it take to get a TIN number in Uganda?
The process can take between 3 and 30 days depending on what part of the country you live in.
When you submit your application the Uganda Revenue Authority representative will tell you when it should be ready.
