Method 1: Use USSD Shortcode
1. Open the phone app.
2. Dial *131# and press OKay.
3. Your airtime balance will display on the phone screen.
Method 2: Use Main Menu Settings
1. Dial *100# and press OK.
2. Select option 7, My Account.
3. Choose option3, My Account balance.
4. Your account balance will be displayed immediately.
How do I load Airtel airtime in Uganda?
With these steps, you will be able to load through Airtel airtime in Uganda Using Airtel Money
Dial *185# on your phone.
Select Pay Bill.
Select Others.
Enter Business Number 111222.
Enter the Amount (Not less than UGX 500)
Enter AIRT<PHONENUMBER> as Reference (Where <PHONENUMBER> is phone number to receive airtime)
Confirm Details on Confirmation Screen.
Enter your PIN and Send.
