- Visit the official application link as advertised in the university’s announcement.
- Ensure the webpage is secure before proceeding.
- Beware of fake websites mimicking the university’s application portal.
This application for UMI admission will be most relevant to the following kinds of candidates:
- first-time UMI applicants
- UMI students changing to a new qualification and/or specialization
- applicants who previously applied for admission and were not offered a space or who were offered a space accepted the offer and did not register
- students completing a higher certificate or any other programme and who wish to continue with further undergraduate studies
How to apply for UMI Online Application
Submit the UMI Online Applications starting with these steps:
Step #1: Access the UMI Admission website – https://umi.ac.ug/
Step #2: The UMI online application system will open, Navigate to the Undergraduate or Postgraduate section and Read the available instructions carefully.
Step #3: Registration: Navigate to the registration link and Fill in the required information to complete your registration. The information needed during the registration stage includes
- First name
- Surname
- Email Address
- Mobile Telephone Number
- O-Level index number,
To finalize registration you will need to put in a password of your choice that you will use whenever you wish to log into the admission system.
