Entry Requirements for Certificate Programs

  • A Minimum of Five (5) Passes in the following subjects: English Language, Biology, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics. No candidate will be considered if he or she has not passed the five(5) subjects.
  • Physically fit and in good health and should be from 18 years and above
  • N.B. “A” Level with Sciences is an added advantage.

Applicant must have the following;

  • Handwritten application letter,
  • Photocopies of results for P.L.E, U.C.E
  • Recommendation from previous school, L.C 1 Chairman, Religious Leader, Commitment letter from parents/sponsorer/guardian, Photocopy of Identity Card of previous school

Entry Requirements for Diploma Program

To be eligible for the above course, one must have passed any of the following;

  1. Certificate in Comprehensive Nursing
  2. Certificate in General Nursing.
  3. Certificate or Diploma in Midwifery

Applicants should have at least two (2) years of experience working as a qualified nurse in Hospital or Community setting. They should be registered with the Nurses and Midwives Council of Uganda and Must have renewed their Certificates of Practice.

Applicants must have the following;

  • Hand written application letter
  • Photocopies of results for U.C.E, U.A.C.E
  • Recommendation Letter from LC 1Chairman, Religious Leader, Commitment Letter from Parent/Sponsorer/Guardian
