Uganda Technology And Management University (UTAMU) September – December 2020 Intake

The September – December 2020 Intake officially commenced on 10th September. Online registration for all students is ongoing. To register, go to link: https://utamu.ac.ug/admissions/student-registration

Please note that teaching and learning will continue using the modular mode if teaching.

Online lectures for the first modular phase will start on Friday, 18th September, 2020 (Graduate students) and on Monday, 21st September, 2020 (Undergraduate students). All learning materials will be available on the eLearning platform starting next week.

Fees Payment Details:

To all new students, payment details are clearly stated in the admission letter.

In case you have not received one, please pay your application fee of 50,000, send confirmation ID to  ar@utamu.ac.ug and massumpta@utamu.ac.ug.

Application fee can be paid via school pay using the following code;

Use either AIRTEL OR MTN Mobile money as follows dial *185*4*3*2*1# then enter pay code on MTN. Dial *185*6*2*1# then enter code on AIRTEL.

Please send a confirmation message WITH A TRANSACTIONAL ID to Finance- Assumpta (massumpta@utamu.ac.ug) and copy AR (ar@utamu.ac.ug).

On receipt of your admission letter, proceed to pay your functional fees / and the part or full tuition as the case may be following the guidelines in the admission letter.

You will be registered and activated on E-learning. You can pay all the required fees using school pay as outlined above.
