The Academic Registrar invites applications from eligible applicants for the ongoing Admission and Intake. Application can be submitted through our online applications portal https://applicantions.must.ac.ug
Application fee for Undergraduate and Postgraduate programs (including bank charges) is shs.52,750/= for Ugandans or US $ 50 for international students which is non-refundable while Completion Programs and PhD application fees are 80,000= and 100,000= respectively.
Please make sure that you have the following scanned documents before filling out the online application form.
I. Passport Size photo (100KB).
II. Birth Certificate (500KB).
III. ‘O’ Level Certificate/Pass slip Or Equivalent (500KB).
IV. ‘A’ Level Certificate/Pass slip Or Equivalent (500KB).
V. Degree/Diploma Certificate/Pass slip (If Required) (500KB)
ONLINE APPLICATION PROCEDURE
1. Go to https://applicantions.must.ac.ug
2. If you don’t have an access code, Click “Click here to get access code” fill out the form and submit. An access code will be sent to your email and phone number. If you already have Access proceed to step 3.
3. Enter your email address and access code that has been sent to your phone number to log in
4. Select the application category. ie. Direct Entry and click “Apply Now”
5. Fill in the application form and submit it.
6. Click “pay for form” to generate a payment reference number to be used for paying application fees at the bank.
7. If you are a degree or diploma holder, Click Print Form and attach the printed form to the hard copies of certified academic and other supporting documents and mail the hard copies to the university or submit it to any of the liaison offices.
8. For bank payment. to go to the bank and pay the application fees using the payment reference number generated in “Step 6”.
9. For Mobile Money payment, Ensure you have sufficient funds on your Mobile Money account and Click “Initiate Payments” to use your number to click “Use Account Number” to pay using another number. Enter the number and Click “Initiate Payments Now”. You will be prompted to enter your mobile money pin on the phone to complete payment.
