To access to the communities at the grassroot levels affordable and qualitative health care services.
Requirements:
An “O” level certificate with credit and passes in the following subjects:
English, Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics.
An “A” level certificate with one principal pass in chemistry and a subsidiary in Biology.
Course Duration: Three years.
Awarding authority: Uganda Allied Health Examinations Board(UAHEB) in conjunction with the Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Sports and the Ministry of Health.
Admission to St. Elizabeth Institute of Health Professionals
Admissions for the 2020/2021 academic year are ongoing for courses and classes for the next intake commence on 22nd July 2020. Applicants are required to visit the office of the institute administrator or via the email address info@selihep.ac.ug if additional information required. However, they should send in their applications if they meet the required minimum qualifications for their respective courses. Kindly refer our programs for more information.
Foreign students
International students are expected to present their academic qualifications to the Uganda National Examinations Board (UNEB) to be equated for the competence of the course applied for.
Indirect entrants
With students who intend to upgrade on the basis of their already existing academic qualifications from other recognized medical institutions, admission will be made depending on the course applied for.
