Key Duties and Responsibilities: · The HR department is a small one but staff are many and they have many issues so it is your responsibility to resolve all issues on time and to ensure that all staff are happy.· Administrative duties such as Staff files being updated, getting monthly approvals, ensuring that technicians have safety gear, getting loans/ leave/ increments approved is part of your scope.
