We are sourcing for a qualified and competent individual to fill the following key position for one of our Clients, a regional Commercial Bank with
branches across the country.

Job Summary: The Customer Care Executive attends to
customer queries, requests, instructions, suggestions/service feedback and
disseminates information on bank products to both existing and potential
customers to ensure effective address of their needs and an excellent customer experience.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:·       
Ordering and issuance of customer ATM cards and
VISA cards.·       
Handling of customers’ balance requisitions
processing and printing of requested interim and cycle statements·       
Ordering and issuance of cheque books·       
Handling customer queries·       
IBR confirmations (TTS SWIFTS EFTS AND RTGS)·       
Money transfers·       
Forex rates adjustments on the forex board·       
Effecting stop payments·       
Provide account balances to customers upon
proper identification·       
Reporting stolen/misplaced ATM cards to ATM
centre and any other duties allocated to you by your supervisors.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:·       
The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s Degree·       
Certificate in Customer care and/or Marketing·       
Interpersonal competencies:·       
Passionate about service and dealing with
