Mombasa in August 1937. We have since spread our wings and sphere of influence as the No. 1 Insurance Company in the region with offices in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Burundi and Mauritius and are recognised as the largest Composite Insurer in East Africa with over 450,000 clients.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Undertake all business development activities to ensure set sales
targets are achieved. - Recruit, develop and manage sales teams as guided by the sales
manager - Undertake any other responsibilities as may be guided from time to
time.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The preferred candidate should be in possession of a bachelor’s
degree in any field or its equivalent - Experience in life insurance sales or sales of other financial
services will be of an added advantage. - Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional Interpersonal and business relationship skills
- Strong Analytical and management skills is a must
- At least 2 years of experience in sales
