Muni University Graduation Ceremony 2019

The Academic Registrar Muni University with pleasure informs the General Public and Graduating Students (2018/2019) that the 3 rd Graduation Ceremony will be held on Saturday 2 nd November 2019, at Muni University Campus in Arua, starting at 8:00 a.m. Graduands are REQUIRED to pay Graduation expenses [Graduation fee, Convocation fee, Certificate fee, Transcript fee, and Document Certification fee] in line with the prescribed procedure.

All fees shall be paid using a Payment Reference Number generated on the “AIMS” (Academic Information Management System) portal; login to: https://payments.muni.ac.ug. Graduands are expected to clear with different offices of the University, and also collect Invitation Cards and Graduation booklets from the Office of the Academic Registrar with effect from 31st October 2019. Note that, each Graduand is allowed one Invitation card for two of his/her selected Guests only.

Graduation attire (gown, cap and hood) will be purchased from the outsourced firms; in line with the prescribed design and colour specifications. Samples of the academic attire are available at the Office of the Academic Registrar, Muni University.

The following items are prohibited from the Graduation square; alcohol, dangerous weapons, canned food and drinks, pocket radios, firearms, large bags, cells/batteries, chemicals and bottled drinks.
