The rule of law keeps the world from tearing apart at its seams, and that means our legal brethren have a huge responsibility. They are the defenders of constitutions, the champions of the abused and the warriors of our modern way of life. Join the ranks of learned friends at Cavendish University Uganda.

The (Bachelor of Laws) LLB is a four year Programme designed to introduce students to different legal perspectives, thus creating awareness of the different constitutional aspects which will stimulate students’ ability to translate legal theory into concrete actions within the context of their profession.

Maintaining order begins with understanding, practicing, and applying the letter of the law. Our School of Law produces graduates with a solid legal foundation, and empowers them as they branch into various careers in court, diplomacy, advocacy, and government. Law degrees are an excellent way to boost any profession, and several magistrates and senior judges started their careers here. Join us in these corridors of justice.

The Master of Laws (LLM) is a two year part-time program of intensive study that provides students with the opportunity to deepen their knowledge and understanding of the law. LLM has four specializations: Natural Resource Law; Commercial Law; International Human Rights Law and Public International Law.
