Muni University Admission For Direct And Diploma 2019-2020
Call for applications The Academic Registrar hereby invites applications from qualified persons to fill the available Admission slots; DIRECT (U.A.C.E) and DIPLOMA entry schemes, under Private Sponsorship for 2019/2020 intake. The new Closing date is 5 th July 2019.
Minimum entry requirements
Eligible applicants should possess: (A) Direct entry applicants At least Two (2) principal passes at Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (U.A.C.E) or its equivalent, and at least Five (5) passes at Uganda Certificate of Education (U.C.E) obtained at the same sitting or its equivalent. (B) Diploma Holder’s applicants At least a Second Class or Credit Diploma in a relevant field of Study from a recognized institution, and Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (U.AC.E) with at least One (1) Principal pass and Two (2) subsidiary passes or its equivalent, and Uganda Certificate of Education (U.C.E) with at least five (5) passes obtained at the same sitting or its equivalent.
HOW TO APPLY
Application is Online; please follow procedure below: i) To access the system log to https://admissions.muni.ac.ug/
ii) If you don’t have an existing account, please create an account by clicking on the Sign up now button, or else you can login with your existing account details.
iii) Once you log in select Application now button and click Apply.
iv) Fill your information in the fields provided correctly, click on Save and Continue. v) Click on the drop-down programme choice as advertised, and select your choice, click Save and Continue.
vi) Attach scanned copies of the required documents, click Save and Continue. vii) Select sponsor and check the declaration box, click Submit. viii) After submitting your application form, you will get a Payment Reference number that you will use to pay application fee at the bank. ix) Inquiries and help, contact: 0476 420 314; 0772 353 680, 0772 347958,or ar@muni.ac.ug.
OTHER INFORMATION
i) Applicants for Bachelor of Nursing Science programme SHOULD have obtained at least a Credit in English Language at U.C.E (‘O’ level). Successful Diploma applicants will be REQUIRED to sit for Pre-Entry Examination. ii) Diploma Holder’s applicants are REQUIRED to submit certified copies of Diploma Transcripts and Certificates. Relevant Diplomas for the above Academic programmes can be accessed at www.muni.ac.ug.
