University of the Sacred Heart Gulu Admission Requirements
The following University of the Sacred Heart Academic Programmes have been accredited by the Uganda National Council for Higher Education.
The minimum requirements for admission to the below programs are as follow:
A.Bachelor of Counselling Psychology
- Those applying to be considered under direct entry scheme (‘A’ level leavers) should have at least two principal passes in any two ‘A’ level subjects obtained at the same sitting and at least five passes at ‘O’ level.
- Those applying to be considered under the diploma entry scheme should have at least second class or credit diploma.
- Degree entry scheme for those holding degree certificate.The minimum requirement is a degree in the relevant field from a recognized institution.
B.Bachelor of Information Systems
- Those applying to be considered under direct entry scheme (‘A’ level leavers) should have at least two principal passes in the following ‘A’ level subjects obtained at the same sitting: Mathematics, Physics, Economics, Chemistry, Biology, Geography, Agriculture, Technical Drawing
- Must have minimum of five passes at ‘O’ level with at least a credit in English and Mathematics
- Those applying to be considered under diploma entry scheme should have at least second class or credit diploma in computer science or any other diploma with business or computing aspects.
Non-refundable application fee of Uganda Shs. 50,000/= for Ugandans and East African citizens and US$ 30.00 for international students plus bank charges should be paid to the University Bank Account No. 7520600073.
