Admission Process Overview Kyambogo University offers several admission schemes, each with specific application periods:
Diploma and Certificate Entry Scheme (February to March).
Graduate Entry Scheme (March to April)
Direct Entry Scheme (O & A Levels, March to May) Courses commence in August.

The applicants eligible for admission to Postgraduate Diploma, Master’s degree and Doctoral programmes at the University must possess prerequisite qualifications (academic and professional) as prescribed in the advertisement.
Procedure of Application
Applicants should fill out the online application form from the website www.admissions.kyu.ac.ug. On submitting the form, printout a pay slip and pay a non-refundable application fee of Uganda shillings 50,000/= (Ugandan, Kenyans, Tanzanians, Rwandese, Burundian & South Sudanese applicants) and Uganda Shillings 75,000/= (International applicants) excluding bank charges at any DFCU Bank/ Eco Bank/Stanbic Bank in Uganda.
