As one heads for the University, one is able to see part of Lake Edward which is just two hours’ drive through the Queen Elizabeth National Park as one travels through the rift valley.

The University is committed to do applied research, teach well and the students to learn well so that the students understand how to apply the knowledge and skills acquired to solve community problems and consequently transform communities.
